- Orders ship from Indianapolis zip code 46203.
- Order will ship within 24 hours unless noted during checkout.
- Orders received late Saturday, or Sunday will ship by Monday.
- Orders received prior or during a holiday will be shipped within 2-days following the holiday.
- This policy is void if we must contact you prior to shipment for any matter.

Alaska & Hawaii Orders to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped via USPS $9.80 flat rate. There is no tracking number and no guaranteed delivery time(normally 3-5 days). If your order is critical then we suggest choosing a Fedex shipping option to ensure timely delivery. International orders Sorry but we do not offer international shipments of any kind. We only ship to the continental U.S do to numerous fraud concerns. Overnight shipments We will make every attempt to ship overnight orders the same business day, but sometimes this is just not possible. Some orders are received too late in the day for overnight shipping. Always allow 1 extra day for overnight shipping. For example: You order on a Monday for overnight deliver. Expect your order by Wednesday. USPS does not guarantee overnight delivery, nor do they offer tracking numbers. If your order is critical, please select Fedex. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation Orders generally ship within one business day from the time of order.(See above shipping policy info). When your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation along with a tracking number. If you believe an order that has shipped has had reasonable time to arrive and has not; please contact admin@blueskydiscs.com with: LOST ORDER or NOT RECEIVED in the subject along with the order number. Please include your telephone number with area code(999-999-9999) and a good time to reach you so we may locate your order and provide the customer service you deserve. If you report a order as not received this is the process we will follow: - We will contact the shipper and track the package. If the package is on route or has been delayed, but will be delivered we will email you this updated information.
- If the shipper needs more information we will contact you to provide additional information on your location so they can complete the delivery.(This is usually the problem)
- If the package shows delivered we will trace the package to confirm it's location. A trace takes 1-3 days as the shipper sends the driver to the drop location to verify it was delivered there.
Usually after the trace the problem is solved and the package will have been delivered. If not then the carrier will have determined your order to be lost or damaged in which case we can file a claim and reship your order that day at no cost to you. If your shipment has been determined by the carrier to be delivered successfully then we will follow the rules below. You selected a no signature shipping option: - If you did not choose a signature required option or request one in the additional comments box your order is lost or stolen and we cannot reship your order. It has been lost or stolen. You are advised to contact the carrier and your local police.
You requested a signature for delivery: - If you requested a signature for delivery of your order, then we will file a claim and reship your order at no charge to you. See above shipping information.
Most orders will arrive without incident and will go smoothly. Our staff has been processing shipments for various company's for over 14 years. In our experience orders very seldom will be lost or damaged. We are stating our policy on these matters simply because some people live in areas that are high risk for lost or stolen packages and we want to offer the best customer service possible to everyone.
